Terms of Service
Commercial terms governing the use of Finar Tech services.
1. Engagement
Statements of Work (SOWs) define scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Each SOW incorporates these terms.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information with the same care they apply to their own sensitive data.
3. Intellectual property
You own your data and bespoke assets produced under the engagement. We retain rights to accelerators developed prior to the project.
4. Liability
Each party’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding six months, excluding indemnification for IP breaches.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law with the courts of Amsterdam having exclusive jurisdiction.
